Scot Ritchie

This year's illustrator is Scot Ritchie. He is a Vancouver-based independent illustrator. Scot is an award winning illustrator who has been drawing ever since he could hold a crayon. These days he works digitally and has been hired by editors and art directors from around the world. His children's books have been translated into Korean, Dutch, French and Polish. To date Scot has illustrated 42 books and is now an author with the release of Up Up and Away and soon to be released Follow that Map. His book Let's Go (written by Lizann Flatt and illustrated by Scot) was recently selected by the Canadian Children's Book Centre as the book to be given to every grade 1 student across Canada.
