Welcome to the BC Summer Reading Club Feedback Survey! We would love to hear how your child’s Summer Reading Club experience went this year. By filling out this survey, you will help provide valuable feedback to the provincial program and your local library. This survey is OPTIONAL and completely anonymous. The feedback will be shared with your local public library system and may be included in final reports for the program.
This survey will be available starting August 14th, 2023 until September 15th, 2023 @ 11:59pm. The 11 question (8 required responses, 3 optional) survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.
