Welcome to the BC Summer Reading Club Feedback Survey! We would love to hear how your child’s Summer Reading Club experience went this year. By filling out this survey, you will help provide valuable feedback to the provincial program and your local library. This survey is OPTIONAL and completely anonymous. The feedback will be shared with your local public library system and may be included in final reports for the program.

This survey will be available starting August 12th, 2023 until September 13th, 2024 @ 11:59pm. The 13 questions (9 required responses, 4 optional) survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.

BC SRC 2024 - Participant Feedback Survey

Welcome to the BC Summer Reading Club Feedback Survey! We would love to hear how your child's Summer Reading Club experience went this year. By filling out this survey, you will help provide invaluable feedback to the provincial program and your local library to better understand and address the needs of participants. This survey is OPTIONAL and completely anonymous. The feedback will be shared with your local public library system and may be included in final reports for the program. This survey will be available starting August 12th, 2024 until September 13th, 2024 @ 11:59pm. A reading record is the pamphlet that libraries hand out that children add stickers to. Some families may have chosen to only use the online reading tracker.
